I have recently been working closely with many Credit Unions conducting workshops on Connecting Vs. Selling teaching tellers how to become sellers as coaching the management teams to become better Leaders. I have had the opportunity to speak at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas as well as DISH Team Summit and many regional meetings for Dish. the National WISP Trade Show, as well as deliver the Keynote Speech at the ACS National Dealer Summit,and the HughesNet National Sales Summit. I am looking forward to speaking at the 2019 Combined Council of America’s Credit Unions.

I am a positive, motivating trainer who believes training must be fun, interactive, and engaging. While I firmly believe the 80/20 Rule of Sales that states that 20% of all salespeople sell 80% of all products, I have spent the past 20 years understanding what it is that the highly successful 20% does differently.
I now teach the sales process that the Top 20% uses and I believe everyone I Coach has the potential to become a Top 20 Performer.

Long term intensive program designed to train small business owners on modern marketing tactics. Coverage includes creating a mission statement, identifying most profitable customer profiles, website creation/audit and copy-writing assistance, and comprehensive marketing plan including but not limited to identification or inexpensive tactics, social media account build-out and strategy, public relations strategy, digital media (Facebook, AdWords, etc) strategy, referral programs, email newsletters and quarterly promotions planning & strategy.
The end goal of the program is to give clients knowledge of all modern marketing tactics that work for their own budget and business type without needing to hire an agency.
